About the Programme

NZPI believes that it is important to develop influential leaders in their organisation’s and has developed a programme built upon four stages of age-related personal leadership development and four areas of executive leadership focus. It is designed to be practical and personal; it will enable you to build a mental framework based upon your stage of development to lead any organisation with confidence, perspective and wisdom. You will learn the foundation of your personal leadership style and gain confidence, knowledge, skills and techniques to succeed as an executive leader. New colleagues will form the foundation of your personal network for the next steps of your leadership career and upon of the completion of the nine-month programme you will be invited to become a member of NZPI’s Wisdom Group, contributing to the development and mentoring of other planners by sharing your experience.
